The Lemmings GEM requires Victoire! to be used. If you do not have Victoire!, you must obtain a copy before using the Lemmings GEM. If you do have Victoire!, you must install the Lemmings GEM from the Victoire! control panel in order for it to work.
To use the "New Level #…" feature of the Lemmings GEM, first set the difficulty at the Lemmings title screen to the desired setting. (Fun, Tricky, Taxing or Mayhem) Then, press the assigned keystroke (default shift-opt-N) to invoke the GEM feature. Next, enter the level at which you wish to start your game. Finally, press the "Let's Go" button, or select "Start Game" from the "File" menu.
To use any of the other GEM features, simply press the assigned keystroke (listed in the Victoire! control panel) while playing any level of Lemmings. The GEM will immediately be invoked, increasing your time or Lemmings supply.
The GEM for Lemmings was written to work with Lemmings version 1.4.2. If you have difficulty using the GEM, please contact Samat Software with your problems, and we will try to work them out ASAP.
